I cut down some old sweatshirts, and I bought fleece fabric. Sewed them together ~ without any sort of a pattern ~ and ended up with nightgowns that are as warm as Blankets.
btw ~ the fabric store was so full of so many kinds of fleece, that I felt driven to look up 'no pill fleece'. I quickly passed by some page that was saying that.... get this.... fleece (aka sweatshirt material) is made from..... Plastic!

Had a few minutes before going in to the Bat Mitzvah yesterday, so I went back to practicing Tame Caricatures. Each of my approaches feels different than another approach. I finally discovered how to switch easily from Tame Caricatures to Cartoony Caricatures. And I realized that my best choice for Speed and Quality would be to:
Draw Individual Females as Tame Caricatures,
Draw Couples and Groups as Cartoony Caricatures,
and Draw Males as Cartoony
Using very little, if any, predraw (perhaps just size or placement), I approached the Tame Caricatures with Outside-In in my mind even though I frequently drew the Inside before the Outside. And using very little, if any, predraw (perhaps just size or placement), I approached the Cartoony Caricatures however it hit me ~ usually like yes yay also Outside-In.

Glad I got these out of my system. Getting ready for to draw Caricatures at today's Bat Mitzvah Celebration.
First I figured that I should get ready to draw Pretty girls. But once I started, I felt like switching to exaggerated Caricatures. Hmmm.... still in Pretty girl mode, my exaggerations were quite tame. By the time I stopped drawing, I was wishing I could find my recent studies on those fantastic cartoony things, but I didn't.
So now I'm just Remembering some of the things I had been doing, and I hope they will just kick in when I Just Draw at the Event.
