As an Artist, so many people pass through my life. I'm frequently quite impressed with them, but I see them for 5 minutes, and then..... gone. Sometimes I think of them. Like this Health-Care-Worker. I had drawn her back in the olden days ~ quick Party Style ~ when we were allowed to be with groups of people. I had been hired to draw the Staff AT a Home? Assisted Living Facility? I don't know. I just go there. Went there.
Now, home with these Social Distancing Rules, I got to thinking of some of the people who were taking care of others. I wonder if this woman is still Out There ~ somebody has to take care of the people who live at the facility. My pencil started moving. I redrew her Caricature in a different style. I drew her Pencil Caricature tonight. More like something I might draw as a Gift. Appreciating this woman who is probably still Out There ~ taking care of others.
