I was just cleaning up from last Thursday's event at Molloy College. And look at what jumped right out at me! Apparently, I had used the very sample that I was writing about in my previous post. When I had been practicing for that very gig!
My work used to be good - accurate. But now it's got that Edge that's just thrilling! (See the middle picture in the earlier post from today)

Let's see now. I scanned these practice pictures into my Computer
several days ago. Been busy having a wonderful time, and now I'm
back -ready to post them as planned. But I don't remember what
they looked like. So we're going to see them together:
Oh yes - I remember now. These were drawn from photos of people
who post their photos on the World Wide Web (Yay). What really
intrigued me was that I had previously come across the very same
photo of the middle picture (above). I remembered because I had
drawn him as one of the Samples that I display in my Party set-up.
Of course, that Party Sample had been drawn several Years ago.
So it's different. I wonder if you'll recognize him if I end up using
that particular Sample at Your Party.
Note to Self - Just Do Stuff - It's Interesting. Good Title.
I'll have to remember it. Perhaps even - Just Enjoy Stuff - It's Interesting.

I'm back. Been working all over lately. Glad to get back to the Theater District in Manhattan last night.
I was drawing sketches at a Corporate Event at the Marriott Marquis near 42nd Street. Always gotta be on my toes - this time the guests took it upon themselves to 'Strike a Pose' - I was taken by surprise, but I was able to flow with it. Ah yes - some people really know how to have Fun:

Oh where have I been??? I stomp these grounds regularly - just getting to my gigs. I had a job last night at the Marriott Marquis near Times Square. Got there early, ate at The Roxy.....
But on my way, I opened my eyes. Looked around. To Appreciate where I go. This is a great city!
Did you notice the Red Steps? I never noticed them before.
Yeow - turns out they've been here for over a Year! Have I been so focused on getting where I have to go that I missed them? Or is the city so full of interesting visions that this magnificent structure just blended in with all the others? Oh let's dance!
