What a pleasant surprise I had. Random Act of Kindness from a stranger.
I usually gift myself some down-time after I draw at a Party. It looks easy, but it feels intense to me when I'm done.
I give it my all.
One of the things that I'm likely to do after drawing at a Party is to go to a restaurant. By myself. Clear my head from excitement. So it's funny that I'll frequently want to draw pictures at that time ~ still drawing ~ but at my down-time, it's drawing just for myself.
So there I was. Quiet. Drawing while waiting for my cheese ravioli to be ready. When..... a teen (or young adult) walked up to my table and silently handed me this note. She had no idea that I am a Professional Artist, so it was just her kindness ~ wanting to acknowledge what she saw.
It just took one quick moment to make me notice that there is love in the world. Just floating around out there. From the sort of people who are in tune with it:

I took a moment ahead of time to figure out how best to quickly represent White Lace with Markers and Color Sticks. It looks successful.
But it is so much easier when I just work on Purple Paper. Fun.

Oh My Goodness. I did it! I did it! I did it!
And it wasn't even difficult at all.
Watching my Ceiling Fan whirr around....
trying to keep up with it to see the individual fan-blades....
wondering why I could only see a blur....
wondering why my eyes couldn't keep up with the fan.....
What was I really seeeeeing here???
I noticed that the right side looked different tha the left side.
Hmmmm.... Ahah! Probably because of the tilt of the fan-blades.
Then I blinked my eyes. Huh? What's This? Blink blink blink. I can see the Individual fan-blades. Simply by blinking. It caused a Stop Motion.
I couldn't take a photo showing the Moving fan ~ because the camera just snapped a quick moment in time. And even the video that I have here is slower than what I'm looking at. When the fan is moving, I just saw dark and light circles. Unless I blinked!
