feels like the world is slowing down. places closed out there. parties postponed. because of how people and government is handling the Corona Virus situation.
i feel glad that i can handle Artwork in studio. People are now ordering Digital Caricatures from Photos that are delivered through email. So they can still Celebrate and give Gifts to keep their housebound Families Entertained and Excited.
We're still having Fun with each other ~ through our Virtual worlds. So I ask all you Scient Fiction fans out there ~ ARE WE IN THE FUTURE ?

I really felt like I was Painting for real on my Digital Equipment. A little slow going, as I had to get accustomed to changing the perameters of the brush Every Time that I changed the color Oh My. But I felt like I had a handle on it.

Always exciting when I start on a Gift Caricature, a Studio piece. Because I'm not just filling in the blanks. That wouldn't be Artwork. it's a process ~ I don't know what it will involve until I do it.
This time, still exciting, I finally didn't try to reinvent the horse. I just designed the best way to express what my Client wanted to express: A kind, beloved School Nurse who was Retiring. My Client told me to draw the kind, beloved School Nurse with a Stethoscope and a Fun Uniform and a Generic Child. And to include the Name of the School. And she requested a Horizontal format ~ something I don't usually do. It was a quite fine experience for all of us.
Oh ~ and on the side, my Client also mentioned that she always called the Children "Bumble" ~ hence my black/yellow shirt on the Child
