I really should be preparing for this week's Caricature Events, but I'm all excited about a Temporary Tattoo Event that I booked for next week. I've been handling a Lot of Caricature Events as always ~ so getting ready for those can just be things like checking my travel directions and putting together supplies ~ even though I do usually focus on different ideas for each individual party. But preparing for the Temporary Tattoo Event has me hooked today ~ dreaming up Designs.

I had gone to Panera Bread instead of my usual Starbucks for studying. A Lot of people were attracted to it, trying to talk to me, just standing at my table and gaping ~ but I was so focused that I barely noticed them.

I'm feeling like I like the thicker lines ~ especially if I was making the Tattoos on men.

I found something that's even better than Mica Tattoos! They're called Temporary Tattoos.

I used to think that Temporary Tattoos were just little pictures that were applied to Children with water that takes off the plastic covering ~ dinky little things ~ I had no intention of getting involved with something like that. But I just found out that there's a type of Temporary Tattoos that are suitable for Teens and Adults ~ look almost like the real tattoos, but it doesn't hurt to get them. They last about a week ~ even if they get wet ~ like the Freehand Glitter Tattoos that I have been doing.

Made with a Black Body Ink which is specially formulated for Safe use on the skin. Applied with the same sort of supplies that I use for Freehand Glitter Tattoos.

My first bottle of that expensive body-ink arrived today. Here's my first attempt ~ just trying out the stuff.

The first picture shows the tattoo as soon as it was created. The second picture shows the same tattoo after I applied powder to preserve it better. The powder will make it last longer ~ even though it will look very Black again when the powder wears off or as soon as it gets wet.

I like to bring along Mica to my Glitter Tattoos for people who don't want to be Wow Yay Glittery. Particularly some men who (mistakenly in my opinion) think that Glitter Tattoos are just for girls. I say this because I interact with little boys before they 'know' that Glitter is just for girls. And those little boys are just as Wowed by the Sparkles as the girls are. I wonder why anyone would want to discourage their ability for Visual Pleasure.

The Mica Tattoos do look cool. They look like Permanent Tattoos, even though they're just on the surface of the skin and they will only last a week or so.

Update July 2016: I no longer bring Mica for the Flat Black Temporary Tattoos. Now I'm bringing Temptu ~ a much easier product to use. Cleaner.
