again, I don't know why I choose what I choose to Focus on each day. Because there was no reason for me to get back to making those ProCreate Palettes now ~ I have so much to do to prepare for This Week's Regular Caricature Gigs and This Week's Facepainting Gig. But that's what I did in my Drawing Time.
It will be Fantastic when I get to my Next Digital Caricature gig ~ Because my Palette will be perfectly custom made for Me.
I've been studying a lot. Learned a Lot about Hex Codes and the difference between the Colors of Light coming In (Hex Codes) and the Colors that are Reflected back (Oil Paint Colors), but it still feels hit-or-miss to come up with the Hex Codes that I want to use for my Palette. I couldn't just pick numbers/letters that were equidistant from each other ~ that didn't make patterns of Colors.
I even tried to make a traditional Color Wheel using FF0000 and 00FF00 and 0000FF, but that also didn't tell me anything. The Colors (and the mixtures) were all over the place. Neither Intensity Nor Values made any sense from it. Analagous Colors, Complimentary Colors, such a botch. Things happen with these Digital Colors like you mix two Dark Colors and you end up with an unrelated Chroma that's even a Light Color. Sometimes.
So it's still hit or miss as I make my own Perfect Palette. But it will be worth it when I get to my next Digital Gig because I will be able to Quickly Find the Colors that I need.
FOLLOW UP ON APRIL 4, 2018: I got it! I met with my Computer Guy today, and he taught me about Base 16 Numbers 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 A B C D E F. I'm happily doing Math now, and I figured out some Beautiful Palettes. So perfect.
