What is it about the weirder pictures in this post that give so much better energy to this group picture?

Riding in the car, I grabbed a chance to draw. I drew an idea I had ~ to just make a shape and turn it into a face. It looks like some crap that an abhorant kid might draw. Probably useless, but I'm glad I can still tap into that. I wondered what other faces could be made from this same shape, so I copied the shape when I got home. I drew the tryptich here.

Hmmm.... could I use any random shape to draw just Any person's likeness?

I chose a reference face at random from the internet. Well, that sure was fussy. And it's not at all a good likeness. So I drew a direct dorky likeness on the same page. Much better? Well, at least 'it looks like him'.

I drew 2 more direct likenesses without bothering with my usual interest in exaggerations. I left them out overnight. Now that I'm back in the office, I'm looking at the useless pictures that I had drawn in the house here. The only thing that perks up these pictures is because it includes both dull-pictures And the childish-pictures that I drew from my random shape.

What can we learn from this? How to apply is to real Caricatures?

Until I experienced it, i didnt know how marvelous Clovers Curfew was going to be.

I was actually there to see Bobcat One Man Band ~ because I needed to get infused with his Upbeat Energy. Override negativity. But I ended up buying a Clovers Curfew song too ~ It became one of my favorite songs on my Jogging list. Called 'They Call It a Trade". Is that an electric violin??

and, as usual, bands sell Merch(andise). I got this creature from Clovers Curfew. I liked it. But again, I didn't know just how marvelous it was until I got it home.

Great stuff ~ Whoooh was sitting in my kitchen ~ when again ~ InspIyered. Green, curled, eyed, teethtoo ~ I realized that Whoooh is part of the Vegetable Family. Whoooh Vegetable. Vegetables are Fun. Can't overlook them when Whoooh is around.
