I designed this Glitter Tattoo based on a Henna design. I like the way it looks. Even though it was tedious to paint.
I learned that painting with glue is not like painting with paint. Those beautiful teardrops and bamboo-leaf strokes that I learned for Face-Painting and Sumi-Painting ~ Not for Glitter Tattoos. Not for Henna. The beauty of these designs lies in the Pattern. Making Patterns.

Wow ~ I love how they came out.
I finally got tired of the tedious fill-in-the-blanks style that I had been shown for digital Caricatures.
I sat back, made a lot of layers on my IPad, but then just used a few of them (sometimes even just one), and I drew easily/freely ~ just going for the most important parts of the Caricature and then playing with the ArtStudio app. Comfortable. Not sure how long they took me, but I know it was less than the tedious crap I had been shown.
The Caricatures didn't end up as accurate a likeness as I'm accustomed to getting on paper, but the impact more than made up for that. I love how they look.
So I went to the next step in my studies for offering digital Caricatures. I printed them out. Looked great even on plain paper, Phenominol on Glossy Paper. I even sized them to leave a border around the prints ~ looks frame-like. Crisp. Dramatic.

I was recently drawing at a breakfast for Bloomberg Inc.
While I drew, the guests, I listened to the speeches that the guests were watching.
Apparently, people were being honored for helping others.
Some people were local. Some flew in just for this event. Washington DC......
They were all so nice. And Up. So early in the morning.
Frankly, I don't know much about Bloomberg Inc.
But I feel inspired to look into it after drawing at today's event.
Some of These pictures were drawn the same day that the Nemo Storm came to NY.
The breakfast started at 8:30 a.m., but I left my house extra early to make sure I'd be on time even if the weather caused problems (which it didn't). So I was actually At the event by 6 a.m. Very unusual for a Party Artist ~ I had to wake up when I'd usually be going to sleep.
