Even in my time off, I try to stay upbeat. I'm doing okay, and I'm not desparing over that which was taken from me. But it does feel (sad, disappointed, amazed, shocked) that I don't feel comfortable to go to NYC anymore. I feel like I am really separating my different approaches for whether I'm drawing Tame Caricatures Or Exaggerated Caricatures (sometimes in between). By having the different approaches clarified in my mind, I will feel comfortable to 'turn on a dime, so to say.
The Party-tone is happy and excited when I'm drawing Exaggerated Caricatures. That's what I usually do.
But when Tame Caricatures are the way to go, the Party, albeit quieter, less excited, and more subdued is also a good experience.
