I hired Alison for my husband's birthday party and it was a huge success! She arrived early to set everything up and then dived right into the drawings. Alison even joined in on the birthday party theme and wore an outfit that went along with it. Most of my friends had never been part of a caricature drawing before, but they enjoyed the whole experience! Everyone was entertained by being a spectator and by being the subject of the drawing. Each picture was so unique to the person being drawn. There was a lot of laughter that night! I highly recommend Alison for any party!

12-year-old Girls Party. In the House. Special Theme. They had a Scavenger Hunt. And they watched Age Appropriate Movies in a Specially Decorated Tent in the Den ~ like the movie called The Parent Trap. Special Decorations. Special Foods. and a Professional Entertainer. Me for Caricatures ~ they loved them.
It was Fun. There wasn't extra peer pressure on the children to be different than they were. Such a pleasure. Here are a few of the Caricatures that I drew:

Switching gears again. After days of drawing that Gift Caricature ~ where I was Enjoying how simple it feels to just draw a Tame picture ~ I called my Client to touch base for today's Graduation Party. And I was told that this Client hired Me specifically because she liked my Fun pictures. She had seen one from her friend's daughter's recent Party where I had been drawing Fun Exaggerated Caricatures.
So getting my feet wet ~ I chose a random photo online to draw some Exaggerated Caricatures. At first, fluctuating ~ between the 2 different styles. Then I drew this one. Aaaah. That's the way to Enjoy Drawing.
