I figure that we could Erase all sorts of things we don't like. We could erase it with Rainbow colors ~ like these. It's good to be an #Artist.

As with everything we do, the Experience is different than just saying it.

First, I erased Fear with a rainbow line ~ like the one I saw on the Shirt. In order to do that, I made an Opaque Layer of White, and then I drew Transparent Colors on top of it. I needed to do that so I could make the bright Colors obliterate what was underneath it.

Then I erased Panic with White.

Then I tried to erase a Scene ~ going right into it with Transparent Rainbow Colors. On top of the Black background that the tshirt-Artist chose so perfectly, the Transparent Rainbow Colors did not look delightful. I realized that we need an intermediary. Like going to Jesus to erase our sins. For this project's intermediary, I had to put a Layer of White over the Scene before I could apply the Colors. And then I let the Colors fly off the white ~ to even take over the Black scene.

I feel good.

I particularly Love that I just discovered that we don't have to somehow Stop the bad things from the past like we do with a Pencil Eraser. In this Non-physical world, we can easily Erase them the way I did just now in PhotoShop. We can erase past sins by doing something lovely on top of them. Afterwards.

I'll be drawing Caricatures at a 1-year-old's Party this Weekend. So I figured I'd look at some Anime for inspiration. Not that I would be drawing Anime. Actually, not sure How it would be affecting me. I just figure that Anime has a lot of Big Eyes that people like for their Babies.

Then I drew some random Baby faces just anywhere on the page. The first Caricature was still inspired by the Anime I looked at. I imposed those big oval Eyes onto the face, and it worked.

But it felt uncomfortable to just draw the same eyes for each baby. And the 2nd Caricature that I drew really didn't lend itself to that eye-shape. It still came out good, still looked like it was inspired by Anime.

Then there wasn't really any room left on the paper, but I wanted to draw more. I drew 2 more babies (small), and I dropped my Anime idea. It's a good idea, but it loses its appeal if I feel like I have to impose a standard Anime face onto each Baby. Babies, like all people, have all sorts of expressions and uniques.

I feel like it was good to expose myself to Anime. It might or might not affect my drawings.

So many different ways to handle everything we do. Here are Caricatures that I drew in my Time Off tonight ~ based on a photo of a girl that I had to draw Too Fast at a Party. I wanted to give it more attention ~ but of course a Party situation is not the same as Time Off for me. I feel like I keep my Party Skills fresh by doing stuff like this on my Time Off. Here I have both a Funny version And a Cute version.
