Simply PERFECT! Unlike her FAB sketches it’s NO exaggeration There’s a story to my meeting Alison for the first time, and it only speaks to her gregarious, fun, dynamic nature. We got the venue late for setup, so to say I was peeved is an understatement. Cue Alison in all her fabulousness! She was right on time, dressed to impress, and ready to set up! In my daze, I mistook her for a quick second for the venue manager and started venting about the late start. Alison whipped out her notebook with the booking specs and said, “Oh, I am the ARTIST, my dear!” That instantly lightened the mood. After I profusely apologized, we hugged it out and off she went to begin sketching. From the first two adorable little sisters in matching burgundy to the fashion-forward engaged couple and everyone in between, a constant stream of guests lined up to be sketched. And boy, did Alison deliver! She was professional, friendly, creative, and always gracious. She definitely brought the talent to our Jazzy Renaissance party. I would work with her again in a heartbeat. You absolutely ROCK, Alison!

Party Conversation Starters

I've been selling some pictures that I make when I'm not actually At a party. Here are three new designs. I put them out into the world, hoping that my pictures would affect people when these artworks are in their homes. Either by the constancy of them just Being there, or by noticing them every time they walk by.

I put them out there, not knowing where it would lead. And I felt very surprised. It turned out that people have been making up their own sets of Mugs (cups) by ordering one of each at https://www.artpal.com/?s=GiftsAndFavoursPartyEntertainmentIdeasInc&f_ss=1 (scroll down on the page to see the choices)

They've been designing their own collection of Mugs (cups) by choose similar colors and similar ideas. Sometimes just to uplift their own families by using them in their kitchens, but this new idea really surprised me. People have been setting their Party Tables with different Word Art Mugs. I was told that it helps people relax. I was told that my Mugs helped their Guests feel confident to make Meaningful conversations at their Parties!

My pictures look similar enough to Match. But they are different enough that it's clear that they are Not mass produced.
