Switching gears again. After days of drawing that Gift Caricature ~ where I was Enjoying how simple it feels to just draw a Tame picture ~ I called my Client to touch base for today's Graduation Party. And I was told that this Client hired Me specifically because she liked my Fun pictures. She had seen one from her friend's daughter's recent Party where I had been drawing Fun Exaggerated Caricatures.
So getting my feet wet ~ I chose a random photo online to draw some Exaggerated Caricatures. At first, fluctuating ~ between the 2 different styles. Then I drew this one. Aaaah. That's the way to Enjoy Drawing.

I was into it. Ready and wanting to draw freely. But I had to struggle through the first few Guests who wanted to 'interview' me ~ you know, the stuff like where do i live, how long have i been drawing ~ but once I broke through to some nicely exaggerated Caricatures, everyone loosened up and we all really started to have fun.

Alison was such a hit at my son’s party. She always had a crowd of kids and adults around watching her work her artistic magic. A friend at our party to Alison “it’s clear you love why you do” and it truly is obvious that she does. We highly recommend using Alison at your next event! It wasn’t just the kids who loved what she was doing, but the adults too!! We give Alison 5 stars and more if we could!

We all Enjoyed this Communion Party ~ the Artist as well as the Children and the Adults. It was a good drawing day, and the Guests were quite open to the experience.
