Oh ~ usually I try to exaggerate the already exaggerated Caricature ~ to see how far I can take it. But tonight I felt like toning down the already tame Caricature ~ to see what happens if I fill-in-the-blanks. Sure is easier on my psyche ~ But not as much Fun.
I used a recent Party post for reference pictures. Just relaxing on my time off, I used old markers and small Computer paper here. So I didn't feel like drawing small enough to fit in all three people on one of the pages.
It feels so clear to me that more exaggerated pictures are better. But that's just my opinion. What do you think?

I lost 949 photos of people I drew live!
I took them off my phone and put them onto my Computer and Deleted a lot of stuff and Emptied the Recycle Bin
because I've been struggling to keep the danger-zone Red Line indicating low disc space off my Computer
and
and I deleted the pictures of all those People! Oh! Lost!
People are precious. Appreciate them while they're with you.

Tastefully quiet morning event. Overlooking the big Thanksgiving Day Parade in NYC. I felt a calm buzz. The streets, filled to capacity with people. The city of NY handling the crowds so efficiently. The event planner having organized this Party to run real smoothly.
And me ~ fitting in to my place. And trying to please all of the people all of the time. My Agent wanted me to tone down my drawings ~ limit the exaggeration. The Party Planner preferred my Caricature Style to the more sketchy stuff she'd seen. And the guests, as always. My goal is always to entertain each guest
