The Predrawn Bodies that my Client ordered for her Party Caricatures worked out very well! Particularly Both Burger Predraws. The Milkshake Predraws are also good ~ but they were a little difficult for me to work with. I hope I remember to Keep all of a Predraw (except maybe a few floating stars or something) Below the area reserved for the Face.

Here are a few of the Caricatures that I drew at the Party:

So here I was. In the car. Warming up before going in to the Party. And good thing at that. Because I determined my approach for using the Hamburger Predraws that my Client ordered. The first one ~ where I would just have top of head popping out over top of burger ~ easy. Just use it when top of head works well for that particular guest.

But the 2nd one.... Oh ~ here's what I had to work through before I figured out what was going to work at the Event ~ where I saw a lot of Children running around on the lawn Playing.

First I tried a direct simple Caricature. So bland.

Decided to exaggerate. Too timid.

Bigger exaggeration here. This one isn't good yet, but now I know to Just Go for It without feeling boxed in or affected by typical Face.

I'll be Fine at the Party. I'm going in.

After the Party, I'll post some of the Caricatures that I draw there. On the Predrawn Body/Hobby's that my Client ordered. I feel confident

time to get serious. haha ~ serious about Caricatures ?? it's more like time to stop being so serious in my studies. Because I have to get in gear for the Weekend's Events.

So I Googled faces in one of the towns where I will be working, chose one at random, and drew this nice Caricature.

I felt like it needed more emphasis, so I went back into it with a wider Marker here.

then I said, oh fwibbles ~ because I cut off the bottom part of the teeth by thickening the top line of the upper lip ~ bad idea. So NOW I'M READY TO JUMP OUT OF THE BOX AND CARICATURE FOR REAL.

That resulted in this Exaggerated Caricature .

Looks like we're going to have Fun ~

Aghk ~ I hope I'm not going to be working in a bad neighborhood for one of this weekend's Parties. I thought the area was fine when I booked the Event, but I just Googled "(the name of the town) faces", and egads.

The first face that caught my eye ~ a man who didn't look too happy ~ but I felt fine about drawing that. Having Party rah-rah Happy Excitement can feel like I'm holding my breath if I don't peace-down sometimes. I liked what I was drawing, and then, oh, I noticed that his photo was posted to show him at a low point ~ for an infamous situation. Oh ~ I didn't feel right to exploit that. I didn't want to proliferate his humiliation.

So I scrolled down. and down. looking for a different face to post. But it went from one bad situation to another and another. How many nuances of crimes can they come up with??

I finally landed on an almost ridiculous photo of a college girl that had no negativity about her in the post. It was only saying that she had gone to the college. Back in 1960.

With this ridiculous hairstyle. I could imagine the curlers that she had worn to make this happen to her hair.
