There is No bad way to look. People should appreciate who they are. If they have attributes that they Think are unattractie, they believe that negativity inside themselves even if we don't draw it. They believe that negativity inside themselves even if we pretend we're not seeing what they know they see in the mirror.

It is more helpful to tell them that their reality IS beautiful. It is more helpful to shed the stupidity that we've been 'fed'. It is more helpful to be thrilled with the wonderful people that we see.

As a Caricature Artist, I especially like when I am given free reign to encourage people to be Confident with how they really look. Please don't ask me to agree with your negativity

I am often approached by people with their self deprecations who say things like "Don't draw my nose", or "Don't show my child that picture with his big ears", etc. A parent who isn't even thrilled to see their baby. Imagine That! and they expect Me to buy into that nonsense.

Such attributes, big noses, floppy earlobes, tiny noses, no earlobes, bushy unibrows, big lips, chicken lips, female moustaches, jowels, wrinkles.... the list goes on and on. Such attributes have nothing to do with abilities, intentions, OR BEAUTY. A large wedge is just as nice a shape as a small button.

Don't spend your whole life hating yourself. Refuse to agree with anyone/thing/whatever it is Out There that gave you such an idea. It is Not true. I refuse to believe it. I don't want to proliferate it. I Celebrate that All People look different. That's how we can tell that one person is not another person.

I feel So Happy to see them, that I call What They Really Look Like ~ Beautiful.

I feel excited to start my new interest in Festivals. I've been gearing up for it for quite a while, but now it's time to Jump In ~ even though I could keep doing more and more planning. This is it. My first Festival is coming up in just a couple of days. On July 31, 2024. Oh Boy! It's a whirlwind over here. I'm planning for the Festivals to be an outlet where I have more power and time to encourage people to accept all their unique features as Beautiful ~ including big noses and big ears, uneven smiles and unibrows ~ as well as the little noses and little ears, Ushaped smiles and groomed eyebrows that many people request at Parties.

I want to break through societal nonsense, and make the world a better place. For Everyone. I want to encourage people to appreciate their Own beauty as well as to appreciate the beauty of Other people ( who have Different attributes than they have).

We are All Alive

This was just There. By the side of the Parkway. Cars rushing by.

I had stopped to forage some Berries. Had to be careful because the berries were growing along with Poison Ivy. But as I peered in to the area, my breath softened. Aaah. Peace and Beauty. I like to use my Eyes.

btw, The Berry leaves and the Poison Ivy leaves had similar Configuration. I had been taught to recognize Poison Ivy by it's 3 leaves, 2 of them being opposite each other, and the 3rd one at the tip. But today I felt surprised at how similar the configuration of the Berry leaves were. In this case, it looks like the Poison Ivy leaves are Darker, Shinier, and Smoother than the Berry Leaves.
