Pleased with the Caricature that I drew tonight. I applied what I was focusing on last night.
Picture of a beautiful young girl ~ reminds me Not to romanticize Childhood. Not that you can really tell Anything about a person's personality based on what s/he looks like, but just playing around here alone in my studio tonight. This picture reminded me of some of my own Summercamp Experiences. It was Not easy to be a child.

Sometimes it's appropriate to use more than one Color for skintone. Sometimes it's appropriate to use different pressures of only One Colorstick for skintone.

So far, I have 3 Events booked for this week. None of them have extra things involved to complicate my Artwork. Just hired to 'Draw Caricatures'. Aaaahh.
One of them is a Wedding. One is an eleven-year-old-Girl's Dinner Party. One is for the Staff of a Bar.
To warm up, I drew one of each ~ from random photos that I found online. Got a little carried away ~ teehee. Just having fun on my time off.

Getting ready for tomorrow's Event. My Client requested that I draw "not so exaggerated". So I took a random photo from this blog, and I drew it Both ways. Exaggerated And Tame.
Even though I know that my Wilder Style, so evolved, is quite appreciated by people who understand the Art of it, I want to please my Client. That's important to me.
Now I know what I'm doing. I will be able to get into the Zone for Drawing Tamely at tomorrow's Event.
